st: Scatterplott point lables cluster on each other.

Dear Statalisters,

I am doing a scatter-plot diagram (see command below). It has very few
observations (countries), but 3 of them are very close to each other
and the. The labels associated with each point are somewhat on top of
each other. Can I fix that?
