st: get the value of percentiles for each state |

I have two variables INCOME and STATE, and would like to compute a variable that is a ratio of the 90th percentile income/10th percentile income for each state.

For example, 90th percentile in MA is 60000 while 10th percentile is 10000. Then the ratio would be 6 for MA.

Thanks a lot!
