You have to include the outcome variable using psmatch in order to made the
matching

for instance

psmatch27 trat tamfam homadtot mujadtot tel01 priminfra01 saludinfra01
procampod01 oposedesold01 org01, out (ingneto04) n(10)

where out (ingneto04) is indicating the outcome variable, in this case
income in 2004. You can't use it in your vector of covariates in the logit
for the matching, given that is suppouse to be endogenouse to the program.
In fact everything that is endogenous to it should to be included in the
logit.
