I believe the constraint is what is zapping you. You should notice that you are also getting a Wald chi-square instead of an LR chi-square. (Perhaps exposure zaps you too, but constraint definitely does.)

You could probably calculate by hand. Alternatively, what is the constraint? You might be able to specify the constraint some other way, e.g. add 2 vars together so their estimated effects are equal.
