If you really must object to Statalist posts you don't want, you can do
two things:

(1) Opt for the Statalist Digest (section 2.5 at

    tells all); or

(2) opt out of Statalist entirely. I for one, will be more than happy to
    see you take this step. If I want to see louts behave badly, I'll go to
    my local city centre for some action. I don't need to see it on here.
