st: Stata 8.2/SE: Looking for a Transcoding-Tool to code ICD10 back to ICD9

Dear statalisters,

I am looking for tool that will help me transcode ICD10 into ICD9.
Does such a program exist already? I tried a "net search icd" but that
did not bring up too much. Maybe someone has an idea. I appreciate you
help!
