Did all the above, Rich (including reinstalling -mlbeta- by clean
overwrite; and adding -ml display- on the next attempt), and all I got
each time was:

. mlbeta sqgovote conadmin labadmin sqgpchg sqbeldm weakgovt, robust nocons
option nocons not allowed
r(198);

The -[,nocons]- code was, of course, left in there.
