Jack,
 
You had a general question about saved results and a specific question
about results saved by -pcorr-.
 
The help files don't include information about saved results, but the 
manuals do. Also, you can see the saved result after an r-class command
like -summarize- by:
   return list
and after an estimation (e-class) command like -regress- by:
   ereturn list
 
-pcorr- first performs -regress- and the saved results are regression
coefficients, etc. So I am not certain whether it is possible to do 
what you want with -pcorr-
