st: update ALL stb and sj inserts with one command

As we are updating from Stata 8 to 9, I am just wondering if there is an 
easy way to install/update ALL stb and sj inserts by using one command/click 
like we are updating Stata official commands. There might be such each 
command out there and I am just not aware of. We can definitely copy plus or 
personal folders into Stata 9 and create corresponding profile do file, but 
kind of nusance.
