Sorry for my last unnecessary post.

Kim Gradel's query re. missings just arrived from my mail server, but
I fired off a reply before realising that he sent the email several
weeks back. Gremlins at the mail server must be selectively holding
back certain stata emails (I wonder if it's random?).
