Dear Mary,

I don't think that Stata does provide a Score Test result - although others 
with more survival analysis experience might correct me here.

The "P>|z|" column in the output from Cox regression contains the P-value 
for the Wald statistic.  The likelihood statistic is the "LR chi2(1) =" bit 
(near the top right of the output).
