st: multilevel ordered logit conditional probabilities

This is an issue that was previously answered by M.Ingre.

I tried using different cutpoints as per syntax suggested, but
interestingly my relative risks were nearly identical at each cutpoint...

For example:
If outcome was Low income, average income, Hi income and predictor was
unemployed=1/0.

I'm getting relative risk of Lo income (cut11) to be 2 (ratio of
probability of unemployed=1/unemployed=0);

Then if I ask for relative risk of average income (cut 12); I'm still
getting relative risk of 2.0.  DOesn't make sense.
