st: query about the F test

Dear Members, My question is, I ran 2 OLS
regression(below) both having the same number of
observations(19) however one does not have the F test,
instead is a dot.
Regressions were
reg y x1 x2 if z==1
reg y x1 x2 if z==2
What does the dot imply?
