The kdens2 routine (bivariate kernel density estimation) has been
revised. Per an excellent suggestion from Tom Steichen, the calling
sequence has been changed to
kdens2 Yvar Xvar
in line with other graphics commands (as well as regression, etc.) The
help file has been SMCLized and expanded somewhat. With the current
version of Adrian Mander's -surface-, used to generate the wireframe
plot, the "origin" of the graph appears at the left rear corner of the
parallel solid. This will be rectified in a future update to -surface-.
