Hi,

How to calculate standard bivariate normal distribution in STATA. 

STATA claculates the cumulative distribution as follows.
. binorm(h,k,r) returns the joint cumulative distribution of the
bivariate normal with correlation r; cumulative over
(-inf,h]x(-inf,k].
 
But I need bivariate normal distribution. I think they are not the
same thing.
