Hello-

I would like to conduct a mediation analysis with cox regression. I have
turnover data and survival times. Here is how the mediation is theorized...

occupational experience ---> perceived job fit ---> survival

Also

occupational experience ---> organization expectations ---> survival

Using linear regression, most researchers would recommend following Baron
and Kenny's (1986)approach. This 4 step approach tests for mediation, and I
am wondering whether the same 4 step approach to test for mediation applies
to a survival analyis. Is this correct? Is there another approach that is
recommended to conduct mediated cox regression? Any cites that apply would
be greatly appreciated.
Thanks - Jon C
