Dear all,

I'm trying to fit the Bailey-Makeham model which specifies the hazard function
of mortality as h(time) = a exp(-b * time) + c allowing for covariates.

There is a Stata function availiable from

 [STB-2: sb2, STB-12: sbe2.1]

However, I can't get any results from it - there's only what looks like
a DOS command window flashing.

Has anybody used this function or any other alternative to fit this model?

Thanks,

Mario
