Dear Stata users,
my understanding is that -mfx- cannot be used to obtain marginal effects
after -clogit- or -nlogit-
(see www.stata.co.uk/support/faqs/stat/mfx_ologit.html)
How does one go about calculating marginal effects then after estimating
-nlogit-?
