st: tempvar

hi.

I have defined temporary variables (tempvar) in a program. Those temp 
variables are subsequently used in different etimations. In the stata 
estimation output they are then named automatically  _000003 and _000004.
I would like to rename them, so that the user of the program knows what 
they are meaning.
Any ideas?
