st: How to find Max value.

I have blood flow measurement at two different
temperature at three different time. I have to find
out what percent of patients had maximum flow at 26 or
35oC after one, two or three minute occlusion time.
Basically i have to compute percent of patients with
maximum flow for both temp and three occlusion time. 

I was unable to give command to list or summarize
maxiumium values. 

Please advice
