I have a data set with paired observations on several variables. I know
how to do the t-tests (one at a time) for the equality of means of the
pairs. I would like to do a joint test of significance for several of
these means. How is this done in Stata?
Type "view help hotelling". You can create difference variables for each paired set and then use "hottelling diff1 diff2 diff3 etc." on those difference variables.
