Michael Mitchell rocks! This book looks well designed and worth the 
price, if you take a look at the example PDF chapter. Certainly, if 
it's anything like the UCLA ATS Stata portal, it will be. Michael, I'd 
be interested in seeing the LaTeX source, to pick up how you did some 
of that layout!
