Dear Mike:
I have used metan to perform meta-analysis of diagnostic tests. I
attempted to combine forest plots of paired accuracy indices
(sensitivity-specificity, likelihood ratios positive and negative,
predictive values positive and negative) using Stata's graph combine but
it did not work. Is there a wrapper which can help to do this( The
recently available-meta_lr- program works for likelihood ratios and
does not plot effect sizes and their confidence intervals).
Thanks for your assistance
Ben
