Dear Statalist,

I wish to make a Multistate Life Table by Stata.
Since there seem to be no built-in commands for multistate life tables in
Stata, would someone kindly tell me how to construct a multistate life
table by Stata, or where I can get a Stata user-written programme for
making a multistate life table?
Thank you in advance.

A google search of "multistate life table stata" yields several hits. It sounds like some of the people mentioned have developed or are trying to develop such routines, so you might contact them directly if nobody here offers you something more specific. For example, somebody at Johns Hopkins received an award to try to develop such a program; see http://www.jhsph.edu/hao/cah/devawards.htm
