I don't think Stata can either. But you could try prove me wrong.
Oops. I meant that Stata can handle more than one repeat (within) variable in repeated measures by MANOVA assuming enough subjects are present. Data Desk for repeated measures designs can handle one, otherwise you're forced to a univariate approach in via GLM.
