I always just used the Yahoo! group and searched in it before posting.

It requires you to sign in to Yahoo! though.

Greetings.

What is the proper way to conduct a domain-restricted Google search of
the list's archives? I tried David Airey's syntax (below) to search on
keyword "multilevel" but got null results. This is clearly wrong, as
David had posting on this topic.

Your help is much appreciated.

Try a domain restricted Google search of the statalist archives by
typing:

statalist multilevel site:http://www.hsph.harvard.edu
