I've seen that FAQ and yes, you have to be pretty dedicated to keep it all straight! In terms of the original question, I think the trick is (a) figure out how to specify the tests you want, perhaps using the FAQ above if necessary, and then (b) tack on the -mtest- parameter at the end of the -test- command so that the p levels are adjusted to reflect that there are multiple comparisons.
