Actually, now that I think about it, I believe this whole command is wrong:

test constr, force

i.e. you don't want or need to refer to the previously saved results. Instead, just run the unconstrained model, and then type

test e_invpro=c_invpro

If you want to see the constrained parameters,

test e_invpro=c_invpro, coef

I now have a basic handout which describes how to do various things with OLS regression and Stata, including tests such as this:
