I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but the -rologit- command does a form of conjoint analyis. The description says

"rologit fits the rank-ordered logit model for rankings. This model is also known as the Plackett-Luce model, as the exploded logit model, and as choice-based conjoint analysis."
