st: Mortality rates across population- How to compare?

Dear Stata Gurus,

I have death rates cancer across several countries ( age and sex- adjusted). 
Are you aware of any stata Function that can test the hypothesis that the 
death rates do not vary across nations?

Any help will be greatly appeciated.
