hello dimitriy,

i don't think there's a way to incorporate this into stata v8 (or v7). what i used to do when i want to do this is to copy and paste as windows metafile to either powerpoint or word then add the notation in those softwares. it works for me. but you might want to wait for responses from others who might be able to shed more light about this. hope this helps.

cheers,
bw

Dear Statalist,

I was wondering if there is a way to incorporate mathematical notation
into Stata graph labels and notes. I would like to use subscripts and
Greek letters at the very least, but also more complicated formulas with
fractions and mathematical symbols like orthogonal. Is there a way to do
this is Stata, perhaps using TeX?
