Alexander should type,

	. bootstrap "cer" r(ratio6) r(ratio12), r(1) trace

Although I do not re-list his program again, Alexander's program -cer- was an
-rclass- command that saved its results in -r()-, namely:

	r(ratio6) and r(ratio12)
