st: polychoric correlation

This is more like a stat question. I am wondering how big a polychoric 
correlation is considered good. Over 0.7?  For kappa, it is always said 
kappas over 0.7 indicating excellent agreement, less than 0.4 mean poor 
agreement. Does polychoric correlation have similar criteria?
