Hi all. I have a set of models that take a very long time (20 minutes
each--xtnbreg on a big data set with many dummy variables). As I'm
writing up my results, I keep finding things I wish I had thought to do
with the results (e.g., lincom var1 var2). Of course, to be able to do
that, I have to run the relevant model again. Sigh.

The estimates command provides a nice way to be able to do this within a
given Stata session--save each set of results and restore whatever I
need. But, I'd like to be able to do the same thing across sessions of
Stata. Reading the manual and experimenting has not shown anyway to do
this with the estimates command. Does anyone have a suggestion how I
might do so?

Many thanks.

Glenn
