st: stset when all reach an endpoint

I must be missing something.  I seem to be reading these emails as saying
you can't estimate a survival model if everyone has an event.  I believe
that you can without difficulty.  Just use the stset and all people will
have a known duration of unemployment. There just won't be any censoring.
