st: New versions of -xcollapse- and -xcontract- on SSC

Dear All

Thanks to Kit Baum, there are new versions of the -xcollapse- and 
-xcontract- packages available for download from SSC. In Stata, type -ssc 
desc xcollapse- or -ssc desc xcontract- to find out more.

The -xcollapse- and -xcontract- packages are extended versions of 
-collapse- and -contract-, respectively. The new versions contain the same 
programs as before, but the Syntax sections in the help files have been 
corrected.
