st: bootstrap, cluster()

When the cluster option of Stata's <bootstrap> command is used, clusters are resampled. Are the observations within cluster concurrently resampled as well, or is the resampling restricted to "intact" clusters, i.e. does resampling within cluster also occur at each replication?.
