Stata users please help me.

I am running a logistic regression with three independent dummy variables
(region of residence, education, and children ever born). When I run a
bivariate model for each variable, the regression runs perfectly.
However, when I try to combine the three independent variables into one
full model, I get a message which says that "outcome does not vary". Are
there any diagnostics that I can make to overcome this problem.
