I think, -outdat-, which is available at the ssc-archive is your friend. To 
install -outdat- type

. ssc install outdat

into the stata command line. 

Outdat saves Stata-Data as ASCII and stores an SPSS-Syntax-File to read and 
label this data wit SPSS.
