st: Simulating data from Mixture model

Can anyone tell me how to simulate data from a mixture model using Stata. 
More specifically a zero-inflated Poisson (ZIP) or zero-inflated negative 
binomial (ZINB). I am using Stata 8. Would appreciate any advise.
