Subject   st: What is the simplest way to regress time-varying covariates?

I wonder how to instruct the programme to regress the
survival model that all variables are time-varying.
Can i use only the "stcox" command and list variable
names in tvc(...) However, I thought this is for the
model that has both fixed and time-varying
covariates!!
In addition, if i wanna predict the model accuracy..
How do i get the baseline survival probability?
