Sorry - part of my earlier message was lost.

Can anybody suggest how I can incorporate Gower's similarity coefficient for
the combination of continuous and categorical measures into cluster (Stata
8.0), it appears to be the only common coefficient that is missing. Or,
failing that, is there an alternative procedure that I can use?
