Oops! Thanks Nick.

I have done some "gens" and am now able to align the medians of the z-scores.

Is there an easy way of modifying the whiskers so that they range from, say, 0% to 80% (and preferably without other percentile values in between)?

My intention is to align the zscores at their zero percentiles, and thus to illustrate the diffrence in the relative locations of the 80th percentiles.

I prepared a box plot (including Nick Cox's hplot) of the z-scores of six spatial parameters (length, width etc.)to illustrate the relative variations between the parameters.

The medians do not align in the graph. Should they not align?

They should align in the graph if the medians are identical, for which see e.g. the result of -tabstat-.
