Hi,

The method of recycled predictions has become very popular recently. It
is used to calculate the incremental effect on the mean (mu) of the
outcome variable as one of the dummy covariate value change from 0 to 1.
Has anyone computed the fomula for variance estimate of the incremental
effect on the mean? Bootstap may be one option. But I was looking for
application of delta method or something in that line that takes into
account the varaince of the other covaritaes too over which the
predictions are averaged.

Thanks,

Anirban
