Hello
My colleague is seeking advice on Stata procedures for generating
conditional growth intervals using the method described by Patrick Royston.

Reference: Royston P(1995) Calculation of unconditional and conditional
reference intervals for foetal size and growth from longitudinal
measurements. Statistics in Medicine 14:1417-1436.

Data look like:
id age weight
1 0 2.8
1 3 5.7
1 6 7.2
1 12 9.0
2 0 3.2
2 3 6.0
2 6 8.5
2 12 10.6
...
Question is how to get standard deviation scores of achieved weight at each
time point contional on previous weight.
Thanks

Zhiqiang
