NEW VERSION OF GLLAMM
Thanks to Kit Baum, gllamm has been updated on ssc.
Recent new features include:

* new 'post-estimation' command, gllasim, to
simulate from the model just estimated in gllamm
* 'robust' option for gllamm to obtain robust
standard errors (sandwich estimator)
* 'mu' option for the predict command, gllapred,
to obtain the expectation of the response
(e.g. predicted probabilities for dichotomous,
ordinal or nominal responses).
