Thanks to Kit Baum, the program -rvfplot2- has been
revised on SSC.

-rvfplot2- is a generalisation of official Stata's
-rvfplot-. It can be used for a wider variety
of models and indeed of residuals than -rvfplot-.

What is new is a -ksm()- option which allows
a call to -ksm- on the fly. Hence if I go say

reg ...

or

glm ...

then follow with

rvfplot2, ksm(lowess)

I get a lowess curve superimposed on
the residual vs fitted graph. Other
-ksm- options can be added.

To describe, install, replace in
an up-to-date Stata, use -ssc-.
