Various fixes to materials on SSC
=================================

-tsgraph- bug fixes
-------------------

-tsgraph- (Kit Baum and myself) is a program
for plotting time series which exploits
whatever has been -tsset-.

Two smallish bugs have been corrected in
code for attempting nice date labels.
(The problem here is explained at
http://www.stata.com/support/faqs/graphics/nicedate.html.)

As far as I am aware they bit no one
outside the research group to which
I belong, but those who have previously
installed -tsgraph- should reinstall
by typing

ssc inst tsgraph, replace

and those who think this might be
useful to them should type

ssc desc tsgraph

-ofrtplot- bug fixes
--------------------

-ofrtplot- is a program for
plotting results after fitting
a model to time series.

The same bugs have been
corrected, and so similar
comments apply.

If reference to -ssc- is obscure,
please consult the first URL
after my signature.

Text editors FAQ
----------------

The non-official FAQ on text editors
and Stata at

http://repec.org/docs/textEditors.html

has been revised (again). Thanks to
Ronan Conroy for updating material
on Mac OS X.

Thanks also generally as always to
Kit Baum for help with updating all
this material.
