I'm estimating a model using a two-stage Tobit and I'm trying to correct the
standard errors as suggested by Murphy and Topel (1985). I recently
discovered the tobitiv command (written by another user), but unfortunately
this doesn't produce the corrected standard errors either. Does anybody
know how I might be able to do this?
