When will my order be delivered?
Orders received by 3:00 p.m. Central time will be delivered the same day.
Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Central time will be delivered no later than
the next day.
Orders received on a holiday
will be delivered the next business day.
How will I receive the download site and activation codes?
When you order Stata software with the electronic download delivery
option, you will receive three emails. All three emails will be sent
within one (1) business day.
The first email confirms we received your order.
The second email provides a site for downloading Stata software. You may
download the software as soon as you receive this email in preparation
for activating it. You must also receive your activation codes before
you will be able to use Stata; these codes will come in the third email.
Materials must be downloaded within two weeks.
The third email confirms your order has been successfully processed and
provides your activation codes and invoice in PDF form. You may now
activate your license and use Stata.
Which customers are eligible for the electronic download delivery
option?
Customers in the United States and Canada purchasing a single-user
license (new or upgrade).
If I purchase the electronic download, how can I reinstall Stata if I
change my computer at a later date?
You may copy the downloaded installer to a USB drive or DVD for backup
purposes. DVDs are also available for purchase for $20 USD plus shipping
charges.
